Established in 1989 by The Ombudsman Ordinance, the Office of The Ombudsman has been serving the community to monitor the public governance in Hong Kong. The Office strives to improve the quality of public administration and enhance the culture of service through independent, objective and impartial investigation into complaints received and by self-initiated studies.

This website aims to provide a more convenient access of the Office information to the public.
